A team that knows why it's here.
Every person on your team gets a private space to think, with Teal, a companion that takes their working life seriously. You see what your people care about, where their strengths sit, and where your mission and their energy actually meet.
For software teams of three and up.
Three steps, one shared picture.
One guided session with you, about thirty minutes. You put the mission, the values, and the goals for the year in plain words.
Every member gets an invite link and a private conversation with Teal, on their own time. Each person receives a private read on their own strengths and motivations first, written for them alone.
One report, the whole team, the same moment. Everyone reads the same pages you do.
People answer surveys carefully or not at all, and dashboards starve. Here, a member's first screen shows them exactly what stays private and what can ever reach the team, so they talk the way they think. That is what makes the Mirror worth reading.

This is not employee monitoring.
The Mirror is only accurate if your people speak freely to Teal, so the walls come first, and they are built to be checked.
Neither do you. What a member says to Teal stays between them: no transcripts, no summaries, no individual profiles, at any level of the org.
The copy you read and the copy each member reads are identical, page for page. There is no lead-only view and no back room.
A theme reaches the Mirror only once it belongs to the team rather than to anyone in it. That rule lives in code, not in a prompt, so a pattern can never point at a person.
Before the Mirror lands, each person sees exactly what of theirs would feed it and can remove any item. Pulled items never appear, and nobody is told.
Row by row, who sees what is printed in full under pricing.
Nothing appears in a Mirror unless at least 4 people stand behind it. The lead's seat adds an inbox and admin, never a view into anyone's space.
What it costs.
Bigger org? Teams runs team by team. Tell us about yours and we'll shape the terms.
The full breakdown.
Every plan is the same symmetric product. The price buys commitment terms, not withheld features, and the rows below say so plainly.

Who sees what.
The question a technical buyer actually asks. No plan changes any row of this table.
| Surface | The member sees | The lead sees |
|---|---|---|
| Conversations with Teal | Everything. It is their space. | Nothing, ever. |
| Work profile and insight report | Their own, in full. | Nothing. |
| Contribution preview and pulls | Every item, with a Pull control. | Nothing, not even that a pull happened. |
| Raised-signal drafts | Their own, until endorsed. | Nothing before endorsement. |
| Pooled signals | The ask they endorsed, word for word. | Themes about the work. Never names. |
| The Team Mirror | The whole Mirror. | The same Mirror, identical. |
Questions teams ask.
Nothing individual, ever. The lead never sees anyone's answers, transcripts, or profile. The lead sees the Team Mirror: the team's aggregate pattern, and it is the exact same Mirror every member sees. Nothing renders for the lead that does not render for everyone.
They are private by architecture. What a member says to Teal is never shown to anyone. Aggregate themes are always about the work, never about a person, and that wall is enforced in code, and each member can preview exactly what of theirs would feed the Mirror and pull any item before it lands.
The Team Mirror is the report the whole team receives: one aggregate picture of what the team cares about, where its strengths sit, and where the mission and the team's energy actually meet. Every member and the lead receive the identical Mirror at the same time.
Three steps. The lead runs a short guided session to declare the team's mission and values. Each team member then has one real private conversation with Teal, and each receives a personal insight report that is theirs alone. Then the Team Mirror lands, in everyone's hands at once. The pilot is $990 flat for a team of up to 15 people, and the fee credits to your first year.
No. There are no surveys, no individual dashboards, no sentiment scores, and no flight-risk flags anywhere in the product. Every member gets Teal, a private companion that is theirs; the team sees only the shared Mirror, and everyone sees the same one.
