Today: your daily guidance
The daily card of theme, priorities, mindset, and actions — when it arrives and how to use it (Plus and Pro).
Today is Blue's daily guidance for you — a short card that frames the day before it gets away from you. It's one of the surfaces that only earns its keep over a run of mornings, which is why it's part of Plus and Pro.
What's on the card
Each Today card is built for the day ahead and holds a few distinct pieces:
- A theme — the one idea worth organizing the day around.
- Priorities — the handful of things that actually matter today.
- A mindset — how to hold yourself while you do them.
- Recommended actions — concrete next steps, not vague encouragement.
- Reflection prompts — a question or two to sit with.
None of it is generic. Blue writes it from your ongoing conversation, your Life Vision, and where the last few days have left you — so the card reads like it knows what you're in the middle of, because it does.
When it arrives
Blue prepares tomorrow's guidance overnight, during the quiet distilling that happens when your daily thread switches over around 4am. The card itself reaches you about an hour after your wake time — so if you wake at 07:00, expect it around 08:00.
It comes to you three ways at once: an email, a notification bell entry in the app, and a push notification on your phone (unless the app is already open in front of you). You can also just open the Today tab any time to read the current card.
Using it with Blue
Every card has a "Discuss with Blue" deep-link. Tap it and Blue opens the conversation already holding the day's guidance — so instead of re-explaining your morning, you can push straight into "the second priority is the one I'm avoiding, help me start it." The card is a starting point for a conversation, not a to-do list to obey.
On the plans
Today is a Plus and Pro surface. On Free, and after a Pro trial lapses, the daily card pauses — Blue still sends your good-morning message, but the generated guidance behind it stops.
On mobile, when Today is locked you'll see a dimmed example card rather than a blank wall, so you can tell what you'd be getting. On Pro, the same card is written by Blue's most capable model.
One honest note: the arrival timing is tied to your wake time and isn't separately adjustable — so the way to shift when Today lands is to set your wake time on your schedule.
