Blue for Mac
The Mac app: Quick Capture, today in the menu bar, share to Blue, Dock drop, Apple Calendar and Reminders, Sign in with Apple, and billing.
Blue for Mac is the same Blue as the web and your iPhone, with the same four tabs (Chat, Today, Vision, Reviews) and Rhythms from the header, plus what a Mac can add.
Quick Capture
A global hotkey opens a small capture window from anywhere on your Mac. Type the thought and send it to Blue without switching apps. Close the window and you are back where you were.
Today in the menu bar
A menu bar item shows today's theme, your top priority and your next touchpoint while the day lasts, so you do not have to open the app to remember what today is about. On Plus and Pro, where Today is prepared each night, this is the quickest read of the day. See Today: your daily page.
Sharing into Blue
Share to Blue from other apps through the system share menu, or drop a file on Blue's Dock icon. Photos work on every plan; PDFs, Word documents, text files, audio and video need Plus or Pro. See Voice notes, photos, and files.
Calendars and reminders
The Mac app reads your Apple Calendar and Apple Reminders through the system frameworks, the same way the iPhone app does, and Blue can add or change events and reminders when you ask. Both are Pro. Sign in with Apple
The Mac app signs in with Apple. If you already use Blue on the web or iPhone, your Apple sign-in is linked to that existing account, and the Mac shows a notice when the link is made, so you land in the same Blue with the same memory rather than a new one. New accounts see a Confirm your email screen.
Billing
Plans on the Mac bill through the Mac App Store and are managed there. Upgrades take effect at once; downgrades at the next renewal. If you subscribed on the web or iPhone instead, your plan applies on the Mac as well, since it is one account. See Managing your subscription.
