The Team Mirror

One page, identical for every member and the lead. The preview window, your contributions and the pull, and what changed since last time.

The Team Mirror is one page the whole team reads at once. It renders the same for every member and for the lead. There is no other version.

What is on it

When there is an earlier Mirror, What changed since last time comes first. Then five sections: Values map, Strengths matrix, Energy read, Friction themes, Opportunities. Each item is a theme, a reading, and sometimes a "Why now" line. At the end, Leader's moves, each grounded in one of the themes above.

Every line is about the work. Nothing in the Mirror takes a person as its subject, and any theme that named one was dropped before the page rendered.

Where it comes from

Contributions are the themes your deep dive staged, plus any ask you sent Into the Mirror only. They are pooled with your teammates' into patterns about the work. Your words, your transcripts, and your report never travel. See Your room and your work profile.

The preview window

Before a Mirror is run, your lead opens the preview window. In the Signals tab, under Into the Mirror, you see exactly what your conversations staged: the kind (Value, Strength, Motivation, Energy, Friction, Alignment, or Idea), the statement, and its status. Pull any row you do not want to land. A pull is permanent, the row never appears anywhere, and nobody is told. The pulled row stays on your list only, marked Pulled.

Closing the window approves everything still staged. Then your lead runs the Mirror, and it arrives for everyone at the same time.

What changed

The next Mirror opens with what changed since the last one, so the team watches feedback land instead of wondering whether it did.
