Your data and deleting your account

What Teams keeps

Your conversations with Teal, your work profile, your drafts and sent asks, and your contributions to the Team Mirror. All of it is attached to your seat. Your lead does not see your conversations or your work profile; see What Teal never does.

Leaving a team

From This team, tap Leave this team. You lose access to its Mirror and shared surfaces. Your private space and your reports stay yours. If your lead removes you, the same holds: the team goes, your private space stays.

The Account screen

Open it from your avatar in the header. Two rows sit under Danger zone:

Sign out on all devices. Revokes every session, including the one you are on. Use it if a phone or laptop went missing. Sign back in and everything is where you left it.

Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, all messages, and all insights, and it cannot be undone. You confirm with Delete forever, and you are signed out.

An ask you already sent reached your lead by your own act, and a Mirror that already landed is the team's page. Deleting your account does not call those back.
