What Teal never does
No messages, tickets, documents, or code. No scores. Nothing leaves your room unless you send it.
Teal is your companion at work, loyal to you. These are the lines it does not cross.
It reads nothing of yours but what you say to it
Teal is not connected to your chat, your tickets, your documents, or your code. It has your team's declared mission, values, and goals, and whatever you tell it. That is all.
It never scores people
There is no score, rating, or dashboard about any one person, for your lead or for anyone else. The Team Mirror describes the work: values, strengths, energy, friction, opportunities. A theme that takes a person as its subject is dropped before the page renders, never rewritten.
Nothing leaves your room unless you send it
Your conversation with Teal stays in your room. Your lead's seat adds an inbox and admin, never a view into it. Teal does not summarize your thread for anyone.
Two things can leave, and both go by your hand:

It never rewrites your words
The ask and the why travel exactly as you endorsed them. Teal frames them for your lead, and the framing sits beside your words, not in place of them.
Nobody is notified
Nobody is told when you pull a contribution. Nobody is told when your lead reads an ask. An ask sent without your name carries no name anywhere in the product.
It is not a crisis service
Teal is a companion, not therapy, medical care, or emergency help. The Safety section of the Account screen lists lines that are.
