Structured tools and mini-apps
The 11 guided exercises Blue can open right in chat — and as mini-apps inside Telegram.
Some things are easier with a little structure. Alongside open conversation, Blue has 11 guided tools — short, structured exercises it can open right inside the chat when one fits what you're working through.
The 11 tools
- Quick Life Check — a fast pulse across the areas of your life.
- Goal Explorer — unpack a goal: why it matters, what's in the way, what's next.
- Weekly Planner — shape the week ahead deliberately.
- Energy Booster — something small and concrete when you're flat.
- Energy Audit — where your energy actually goes versus where you want it to.
- Values Clarifier — surface what genuinely matters to you.
- Mindset — examine and reframe the frame you're carrying.
- Reflection — a guided look back at a day or a moment.
- Life Vision — a structured pass over who you're becoming; feeds the same Life Vision you ratify in Self.
- Brainstorming — generate options without judging them yet.
- Progress Check — an honest look at how something you started is going.
How they open
You don't hunt through menus. Tools come up in conversation — you can ask for one by name ("let's do a weekly planner"), or Blue offers one when the moment calls for it: you're circling a decision, and it suggests the Goal Explorer instead of another paragraph of advice.
In the web portal and the mobile app, the tool renders inline in the chat as an interactive widget — you fill it in right there, and the results flow straight back into the conversation.
Mini-apps in Telegram
If you've connected Telegram, the same 11 tools are available as mini-apps — small interactive screens that open inside Telegram itself, no browser hop. Type /tools to see the full set. This is part of why Telegram is the richest messenger surface for Blue.
WhatsApp and Discord don't have an equivalent mini-app format, so on those channels the structured work happens conversationally instead.
What happens to the results
Nothing you do in a tool is throwaway. The exercise happens inside your one continuous conversation, so what you surfaced — the values you named, the plan you sketched — is part of what Blue remembers and builds on, the same as anything you'd said in plain chat.
Free for everyone
The tools are available on every plan, including Free. They're a good way to get real value from Blue on day one, while the longer arcs — memory, guidance, reviews — are still accumulating.
