Exporting and deleting your data

Your memory is exportable and account deletion is real. The mechanics of both, including what does not exist: a per-memory delete button.

Both exist, and here is exactly how each works.

Export: your memory is yours, and you can get a copy of your data. There is no self-serve export button yet; contact us and a real person will help. We would rather say that plainly than hide it behind a settings page that does not exist.

Deletion: you can delete your account any time from Account settings; deletion removes your data, with most of it cleared within 30 days. Downgrading is not deletion: moving to a lower plan or letting a trial lapse never erases anything.

And the thing that does not exist, stated honestly: there is no button that makes Blue forget an individual memory. Blue is built on a different bet: everything it believes about you is visible with sources, and when its reading of you is wrong you say "This isn't me" and the reading updates. You steer the interpretation; export and full deletion are the hard exits. If per-entry deletion is a requirement for you, we would rather you know before you invest than after. The full picture of what Blue stores and who can see it is in Privacy and your data.
