The one plan, honestly
One plan at $99 per person per month, a 30-day money-back guarantee, no trial, and what you can try before paying.
HeartWeave has one plan. No tiers, no add-ons, no upsell. This article lays out exactly what it costs and what you can do before you pay.
One plan, one price
The plan is $99 per person per month. Everyone in a Container takes a seat, and each seat is $99 a month. A couple is two seats, so $198 a month. A group of four is four seats, and so on.
That is the whole pricing model. There are no plan names to compare, no yearly discount to weigh, and nothing else to buy on top.
What you can try before paying
You do not need to pay to look around. Before anyone subscribes, HeartWeave gives you a limited preview:
- Your own private reflection room
- A modest daily cap on messages
- No shared spaces yet
The preview is meant to let you feel how it works. To open a shared space and talk together with the Mediator, the Container needs to be on the plan.
No free trial, but a money-back guarantee
To be plain: there is no free trial. You are charged from the start.
Instead, the promise is a 30-day money-back guarantee. If HeartWeave is not right for you, email [email protected] within 30 days and we will refund you.
What paying unlocks
Once your Container is on the plan, everything opens up. Everyday messaging is not metered, so there is no daily wall to work around. Your memory is not time-limited: the summaries, your Relationship Map, and the shared Relationship State keep building for as long as you use it. See Nightly weaving.
How you pay
Where you pay depends on where you signed up:
- On the web portal, you pay by card, one seat at a time. If people join or leave, the number of seats adjusts.
- On the iOS or Android app, you buy through the app store as an in-app purchase. Packages are sized by the number of people: Solo (1), Couple (2), Small Group (3), Family (4), and Group (6).
A good rule of thumb: manage your subscription in the same place you started it. For changing seats, canceling, or switching cards, see Managing your subscription.
