Overnight and the morning message
When the day rolls over, what gets rewritten at night, the one morning message that says what moved, and the New reflections time.
During the day you talk, in your private room and in the shared space. Overnight, HeartWeave turns that into My map and Our mirror. In the morning, one message tells you what moved.
When the day rolls over
Your private rooms roll at 4 AM on your own clock. The shared space rolls at 4 AM on the space's clock, which is the timezone of the member furthest west. Nothing interrupts you; it happens while you sleep.
The private side
The night summarizes the closed room and refreshes what the guide remembers about you. For each space where your private room had a message in the last 24 hours and the shared room did not, your map for that space is rewritten. If you have vision lines, you get a fresh vision draft after each map run.
This runs for every active member, paid or in the free preview.
The shared side
On a night the shared room had messages, the refresh summarizes the day, rewrites every member's map and Our mirror, clears the guide's recap of the shared room, and checks whether any plan has reached its horizon. A quiet space with entries still waiting on someone gets its reminder row anyway.
Quiet nights change nothing
The map is rewritten as a whole against everything it has, with the newest material as one moment in it. On a night with nothing new, nothing changes. A change in your map or the mirror means something was said.
The morning message
One per member, and only when something true moved for you. It names what: My map changed, Our mirror changed, or entries are waiting on your confirmation, in any combination. Email, push and the in-app row carry the same lines. The button opens My map when only the map moved, and the shared space otherwise.
Entries waiting on you are repeated on days 1 and 2, then every seven days while they wait.
When it arrives
At your "New reflections" time in Profile Settings: 10:00 by default, anywhere from 05:00 to 22:00, in your timezone. Anything that finishes during your waking day arrives at once. A message not handed over within 12 hours is dropped rather than sent at a strange hour.
Thread titles
Threads get a title and a description from the night's summary, in your language for private threads and the space's language for the shared one. See Languages.
What you do not have to do
Nothing. You never trigger the night's work or tidy anything for it. If the map misreads you, mark the item Not quite or Not me and the fix holds through the next rewrite; see My map. The morning message email honors your Email notifications switch, and the push honors Push notifications.
