Your counselor
Bringing a therapist or coach into your space, what they see and never see, what they can do, and why it costs them nothing.
HeartWeave is not therapy, and it is built to sit alongside it. A therapist or coach you work with can be brought into your space to read the record you have confirmed. They never become a member of the space.
Bringing them in
In This space, choose "A therapist or coach" and invite them. They need an account in the Between Sessions program; if they do not have one, the invitation says so. Any member can end their access at any time.
Access is free for them and bills nothing to anyone.
What they see
Their page is on the web only. It shows the spaces that invited them, with "Since your last visit" counts, and for each space:
- The confirmed record, by kind
- Open items, with each person's status
- Commitments and plans, with each owner's marks
- Sessions
What they never see
The shared conversation. Any private room. My map. Any reading. Anyone's vision. The history of a stance on "What I need to be myself here". Any movement line about one person. Nothing about one person that HeartWeave derived.
What they can do
They can propose an entry to the record, in any kind except commitment, plan, "What I need to be myself here", suggestion and open items. It lands as a proposal, attributed to them by name, and you Confirm, Edit or Decline it like anything else.
They can upload a session, with the same consent step as anyone: nothing is read until every member agrees. See Sessions into the record.
Suggestions from a session
When a session goes into the record, what your counselor said in it is proposed as suggestions. A suggestion is never confirmable. If you want to act on one, "Take this on" turns it into your own commitment, in your own words. See Commitments, plans and check-ins.
How the app refers to them
The app says "your counselor", or their name. Their page shows the record as you confirmed it, and the date each session landed.
