What is HeartWeave?
A private room for each person, a shared space between you, and an AI mediator that never takes sides.
HeartWeave is a relationship tool made by Activated Human. It gives the people in a relationship a place to think privately, a place to talk together, and a neutral AI that helps the two conversations stay honest. It sits alongside the work you already do on your relationships. It is not therapy, and it is not a crisis service.
A private room and a shared space
Each person gets their own private reflection room. It is yours alone. You can process a feeling, sort out what you actually want to say, or prepare for a hard conversation, and no one else in the relationship ever sees it.
You also share one shared space with the other people in the relationship. There a neutral AI Mediator helps the conversation along. It holds everyone's context, but it never takes sides and never leaks what was said in anyone's private room. There is a firm wall between the private rooms and the shared space. The space is called a Container
The shared space for one relationship is called a Container. A Container can hold whatever kind of relationship you want to tend: romantic partners, co-founders, family, close friends, a polyamorous constellation, or a mentor pair. It gets wiser overnight
Each night your conversations are quietly woven into something more useful. HeartWeave writes short summaries, builds a private Relationship Map for each person, and derives one shared, member-safe Relationship State that everyone in the space can see. Where you use it
HeartWeave lives in two places: the web portal and the iOS and Android app. It is the same account and the same spaces wherever you sign in.
You can type, or speak and let HeartWeave transcribe you, and you can share photos and PDFs. Replies always come back as text. See Voice notes, photos, and files.
